“I am always very interested in the perspective of each person and how this is upset by their expectation of the perception of others...both onstage and in the relationship between the Action onstage and the Public at any given moment. On stage we can exist, we can surprise the spectators, keep them guessing. In Life there are always options at any given moment of experience...and onstage there is the possibility to have this vibration as well, this sense that anything can happen. In this kind of playing, when the Public sees the reality of what actually unfolds, their minds record it as experience, as historic, epic. In this way we bypass the sense that we are simply watching something performed by people and believe we are present in the space of some special universe where things are happening. We all become involved together. When this is realized something very special occurs, a sense that we are one in the experience.”
